Thank you for your interest in the Park Central Apartments. The apartments are currently under construction and we anticipate opening the first building on March 1, 2008.
Rental Rates & Requirements
To reserve an apartment you will need to pay a $100 reservation fee to reserve an apartment for a move in date that is between 3/1/08 and 5/1/08.

Income Restrictions
Please note that the apartments do have maximum income restrictions depending on family size. The following is the maximum amount of income your family can make to qualify for the apartments. Due to affordable housing restrictions, please also note that the household cannot be comprised of 100% full time students.
